Principal areas of expertise include English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), literacy and numeracy, although I also have worked extensively within the areas of

• adult and post-16 education policy

• organisational and workforce development

• qualifications and assessment

• diversity/equity/inclusion (DEI)

• racial/migration justice.

I'm based in the north west of Ireland, but have worked extensively with people and organisations throughout the island of Ireland, Great Britain and beyond.​
